6.1 Promotions Strategy

Marketing is critical to ensuring business success. The Company will frame effective marketing strategies to deal with the competition and enhance client relationships. The following marketing strategies will be used:

Website and Brand Identity
The Company will develop a modern and well-developed website to streamline the user experience and attract potential clients. The website will have clearly described prices, limited offers so that it does not confuse the clients, and an easy sign-up interface. The user experience will be energizing and functional, with an engaging design that will convert traffic and create the company's brand.

Free Product Trial
The free product trial will be an essential source that will generate leads for the company. Nothing beats “test driving” a product, and the company will make trials available via its website and other sources. It will make sure to find a balance between proving value to the prospect while not overwhelming them and doing it in a low-key and economical manner.

Cross-Selling
The Company will make use of cross-selling opportunities in both online and offline marketing techniques. Cross-selling will be a highly profitable alternative for the company as it will help provide CRM services in a variety of areas

Co-Marketing
When done right, co-marketing is a low-cost strategy for generating leads, expanding brand awareness, and showcasing thought leadership. By joining forces with other prominent companies, the company will create a highly desirable marketing strategy.

Testimonials
Customer testimonials are the key content element. Using testimonials increases creditability as they are unbiased. This social proof helps the company to build trust amongst its potential customers. The Company will be using customer testimonials to increase its leads.

Special Offers
Offers and incentives are excellent methods to help businesses replace the churn in their clientele that they lose each year. To draw in new customers and promote repeat business, the company will provide unique promotions, which will be beneficial in the long run.

6.2 Pricing Strategy

The Company will categorize its features into 3 different tiers. Each tire will contain different features, and pricing will depend on available features. This tiered pricing approach allows different customer segments to get value out of the company's offerings depending on their needs and budgets and enable it to upsell customers to a higher plan.
